IMPORTANT NOTES:
All prices are per week. Bookings are Friday to Friday. August must be rented for the entire month and no discount applies for this month. Rentals can be paid in Euros or in GBP Sterling at the prevailing exchange rate. To reserve your holiday a non-refundable deposit of 20% must be made. Balances due 6 weeks before your stay. No refunds for cancellations in the last 6 weeks. Seven-night periods are from Friday to Friday. A damage deposit is required for longer bookings. Clean towels and Linen are provided. The discounted rates above apply to direct bookings for all RSPB members and approved Birding Clubs and Societies only.
